Cancellation & Refund Policy

Venture Along, operated by Ascendro LDA, wants you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking. Different terms apply depending on where you are located.

For EU-Based Clients

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided no session or work has commenced. If you request that we begin delivering services within the 14-day window, you acknowledge that this right may be waived once delivery has started. To exercise this right, notify us at legal@venturealong.com before the 14-day period expires.

For U.S.-Based Clients
Before Work or Sessions Begin

If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before any session has taken place or work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.

After Work or Sessions Begin

Once a session has occurred or work on your package has started, we are unable to offer a full refund. A partial refund may be considered at our discretion, based on the proportion of work not yet delivered.

Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. You may reschedule a session at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice

  • We are unable to offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction if services have been delivered as described

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email us at legal@venturealong.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Purchase date

  • Package name

  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptional Circumstances

If an unexpected event — such as a serious illness or family emergency — has affected your ability to continue, please reach out. We will do our best to find a fair solution.
